• Security deposit and first month’s rent must be paid in full before March 1, 2025, to qualify for any promotions. 

• The 13th-month Rent Credit promotion: The one-month free rent will be applied as a lump sum to the 13th month of tenancy. 

• The $100 monthly rental credit promotion: The $100 credit discount has been applied to the advertised listing rent. This will be the monthly rent for the first 12 months of the lease and will revert to the normal rent amount plus any applicable rent increase after the 12-month period. 

• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions and are non-transferable. 

• Restrictions may apply, and eligibility is subject to final approval based on rental application and suite availability. 

• By participating in these promotions, tenants acknowledge and agree to these terms. 

• If the tenancy is terminated early or if the tenant breaches the terms of the tenancy agreement (such as paying rent late or failing to meet other obligations), the promotional discount will be forfeited. 

• In the event of forfeiture, any rent credits or discounts applied to the lease will be reversed, and the tenant will be responsible for paying the full rent amount due.
